James Bucher Obituary
In loving memory of James Bucher (Macomb, Illinois), who departed this world on September 14, 2025 at the age of 91. James leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Bucher and Fern Kessler Bucher; and his brothers, Willie Bucher and Tom Bucher. He is survived by: his children, Angie Cox (Kent) of Bushnell and Dean Bucher (Becky) of Macomb; his grandchildren, Tanner Cox (Shaleigh), Ethan Cox (Kaycee), Whitney Hodges (Justin) and Dyllan Bucher; his great grandchildren, Holten, Maisie, Kade, Hudson and Emma; and his siblings, Alice Clanin (Wendall) of Astoria, Carolyn Bricker of Canton, Albert Bucher (Marsha) of Astoria and Robert Bucher (Susie) of Astoria. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mound Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the New Salem Fire and Rescue Squad or the Macomb American Legion.
