He is survived by: his children, Karen D. McNeely Yocks (Brian) and K. Brett McNeely; his grandchildren, Madison and Jacob Yocks; and his siblings, Garry McNeely (Pat), Russell McNeely, Mary Buffum and Beverly Head. He is also survived by his family and also by the many friends.
