He is survived by: his wife Robin Montagna; his mother Rita Patrick (Graves) of Macomb, Illinois; his children, Chauncey Montagna (Brandi) of Wilton and Savana Woods (Ryan) of Mendota, Illinois; his grandchildren, Chase, Teegan, Liam, Ryder and Rylee; and his siblings, Steven Leaf (Tammy) of Knoxville, Debra Hope (Bill) of St. Louis Missouri and Michele Leaf-Bautista (Dan) of Florida.
