She is survived by: her husband Greg Van Vleet of Macomb, IL; her children, Shannon Dexter (Jarred) of Macomb, IL and Tyler Van Vleet (Patrick Devine) of Des Plaines, IL; her daughter-in-law Carrie Van Vleet of Macomb, IL.; her grandchildren, Reeve, Cameron Dexter, Carter and Everley Van Vleet; and her sister Susan Fasula of Mequon, Wisconsin..

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
