It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorna N. Vardaman of Macomb, Illinois, born in Russellville, Arkansas, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Grossman and Pauline Grossman (Blake); her husband David Lee Vardaman; her half-sisters, Norma Summers (Grossman), Barbara Palmer (Grossman) and Mary Alice Bilbro (Grossman); her sister June Kuhn (Blake); her friend Bettie Sue Baldwin (Stewart); and also, Leon Vardaman (Naomi) and Patricia Vardaman.

She is survived by: her children, Lance Vardaman (Missy) and Lily; her daughter-in-law Wendy Vardaman (Thomas Dubois); and her grandchildren, Conor, Greer and Brendan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Lorna's ashes will be interred at Oakland Memorial Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas alongside David's.

The family requests in lieu of flowers that memorials may be sent to Quincy Public Library or MDH Hospice in Macomb.
