We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Marion Ames of Macomb, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Ames and Bertha Ames (Bowman); his brothers, C. Earl Ames and Bobby Joe Ames; and his nephew Clarke Ames.

He is survived by: his sister Barbara Kathleen Moore; his nieces, Deborah Coursey (George) and Lynn Ames; his children, Randal J Ames (Linda Prosise), Raina S Ames (Michael Wood) and Aaron M Ames; and his grandchild Ryan M Ames.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Martin-Hollis Funeral Home (771 N Crafford St, Bushnell, IL 61422).

In lieu of flowers memorial are suggested to the Meals on Wheels Program or to the Veterans Assistance Commission of McDonough County (VACMC).
