She was predeceased by: her parents, Elzie L. Parr and Lula Belle Parr (Jones); her husband Willis E. "Bill" Baker; and her brother Rodney Parr. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Hughes (Alan) of Astoria, IL, Leticia Farr (Dennis) of Ipava, IL, Rita Cassel (David) of Astoria, IL, Ketra Branson (Jon) of Ipava, IL, Gael Baker (Carmella Bundy) of Quincy, IL, Bill Baker (Jill) of Canton, IL and John Baker of Galesburg, IL; and her nephew Scott Parr (Susie) of Vermont, IL.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Vermont American Legion Auxiliary.
