With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Evans of Macomb, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on October 16, 2025 at the age of 96, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Mesecher and Gweneth Mesecher. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Evans; her daughters, Gwynne Worthington (Steve Ketcham) of Macomb, Tonna Padgett (Dave Steinke) of St. Joseph, MI and Kimberly Evans Carrigan of St. Joseph, MI; her brother Ron Mesecher (Toni) of Los Osos, CA; her grandsons, Clint Worthington (Julia), Ryan Padgett (Stephanie Stauffer) and Jeremy Padgett; her stepgrandson Nick Padgett (Deanna); and her sibling's children, Brad Payne (Sara), Brent Payne (Robyn) and Lisa Krieg (PK). She is also survived by numerous cousins and great and great great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clugston Tibbitts Funeral Home (303 E Washington St, Macomb, IL 61455). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Macomb VFW, Spring Creek Cemetery or Good Hope Cemetery.
