Richard Wallen Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Wallen of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on August 4, 2023 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Wallen and JoAnne Wallen (Dodsworth); and his sister Marilyn Wallen. He is survived by: his wife Maureen; his children, Amanda Elliott (Michael) of Springfield and Nathan Wallen (Rachel) of Macomb; his grandchildren, Ryan, Andrew, Mary Elliott, Finley and Max Wallen; his pet Midge; and his siblings, David Wallen (Tikvah) of Bothell, WA, Marsha Bleedorn (Thomas) of Wildwood, MO, Michael Wallen (Carol) of Pittsburg, PA, Barbara Minor (Conrad) of Lovettsville, VA, Janis Ford (Greg) of Versailles and Jeff Wallen of Blandinsville. He is also survived by 23 nieces and nephews; and 25 great nieces and nephews.

The family requests donations be made to Loaves and Fishes, MDH Hospice, and St. Paul Church.
