He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Foote and Irma Foote (Holt); his wife Nancy Landis; and his siblings, Raymond, Ivan, Richard Foote, Marion York, Arlene Owens, Ruth Ann Scholle and Dorothy Rubitsky.
He is survived by: his children, Bill Foote (Cheryl) of Ballwin, Suzie Foote of Macomb, Miniature Schnauzer and Kaitlyn; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Emily Foote.
