She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Westerdale and Loretta Ferne Westerdale (Gilchrist); her husband Arbon Gale Grossman; her brother Wallace Westerdale; and her stepson Mark Grossman.

She is survived by: her daughter Gloria Smith (Jeff) of Collinsville, Oklahoma; her grandsons, Jeff Smith (Gabrielle) and Weston Smith (Giovanna); and her sister Grace (Russell). She is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
