It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth M. Schoeber of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on December 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Schoeber and Marie Schoeber (Noud); and her husband Donald H. Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Jay Sekora and Bevin; her son-in-law Sean Dowdall; her grandchildren, Rider and Genesis Dowdall; her brothers, Herman Schoeber III and Robert J. Schoeber; Mare Freed.
