He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Watkins and Margaret Watkins (Powell); and his brother Carl Watkins. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Watkins of Vermont, IL, Nicholas Watkins (Amanda) of Table Grove, IL, Heidi Watkins of Indianapolis and Chris Watkins of Indianapolis; and his sister Alice Miller (Gary) of Browning, IL.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
