In the sacred silence of farewell, Sharon is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sharon's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Vancil and Violet Vancil (Hurstrom); and her sisters, Imogene, Dorothy, Alice, Beverly and Linda.
She is survived by: her sons, Dwayne Taflinger (Velvet) of Avon, Dwight Taflinger (Tammy) of Bushnell and Darrin Taflinger (Monica) of Bushnell. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
