Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Shirley Jane Pawlias of Macomb, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 98, on September 8, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mason and Dorothy Wittbold Mason; and her husband Dr. Kenneth T. Pawlias. She is survived by: her children, Theodore Pawlias (Donna) of Macomb, Susan Hutton of Cross Plains and Thomas Pawlias of Bettendorf, Iowa; and her grandchildren, Jocelyn Hutton (Che Chang) of Millbrae, Thomas Hutton of Milwaukee Wisconsin, Laren Weygandt (Grant) of Bettendorf, Grant Pawlias of Manistee and Ian Pawlias of Macomb. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Catholic Church (309 W Jackson St, Macomb, IL 61455).
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to St. Paul Catholic Church or MDH.
