He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Elsworth "Bill" and Josephine Ruth Collins (Lorton); his siblings, Billy Collins and Margo Gray; and his in-laws, Dale and Alzata Gordon.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Kay Hicken (Daniel) of Peoria, Nickola Jo Geisler (Mark) of Mt. Sterling, Shelly Lynn Martin (Jack) of Rushville and Angela Ann Ruebush (Brian) of Pittsfield, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Brittian Davis Daudelin (Evelia), Derrick Evan Daudelin (Kayla), Jerad Michael Geisler (Alexandria), Jocelyn Ann Holzmacher, Jenny Lynn Bushman (Blake), Jacob Edward Geisler (Jessica), Justin Raymond Ward (Anna), Lance Michael Ward, Grant Taylor Ward, Megan Lynn Whitney (Brady), Blake Collins Ruebush (Amy) and Ashlyn Nicole Havens (John). He is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren.
