He was predeceased by: his father William Robert Collins; and his great-aunt Rosebud Schmid (Richard "Rick" Strokes). He is survived by: his mother Linda Johnson Collins; his stepfather Franklin Jobe; his brother Scott Collins (Deborah); his nephews, Taylor Collins (Savannah Prescott), Bailey Collins, Tyler and Kyle Protsman; his cousin Mary Ann Schmid; his stepmother Naomi Collins; and his stepsisters, Lisa Pennington and Amanda Christofferson.
Memorial contributions can be made to the McDonough County Humane Society Building Fund, Shriners Children's Hospital or to St. Jude's. Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
