He is survived by: his mother Dellene Nelson Payne of Macomb, IL; his children, Jason Payne (Melissa) of Pelham, NH and Amanda Woodfin (Wayne) of Coolidge, GA; his grandchildren, Lainey, Hayden and Reid Woodfin of Coolidge, GA; his siblings, Randy Payne (Karen) of Plymouth, IL, Pam Powell (Rob) of Colchester, Brenda L (Hommedieu), Roberta Ault (Stan) of Charlotte, NC and Cindy Sanchez (Jerry) of Galesburg; and his cousins, Robin Leonard and Rick Cookson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
