He is survived by: his parents, Donald Starr and Debra Yaley Starr of Warsaw, IL; his sisters, Jestine Bougher of Las Vegas, NV and DeEtta Starr of Keokuk; his nephew Shawn Bougher; his niece Hannah Bougher; his fiancé Ashley Warner of Macomb, IL.; his aunts, Carol Heglin of Denver, CO and Linda Sattler of Burlington, IA; and his uncle Tony Starr of Macomb, IL.
