He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Fouts and Shirley Fouts Baker (Coulter); his stepfather Paul Baker; and his brothers, Ed Fouts and Dale Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fouts of Macon, IL; his siblings, Sandy Wolak of Sun Lakes, AZ, Larry Baker of Decatur, IL and Don Baker of Macon, IL; his children, Mike Fouts (Chris) of Maricopa, AZ, Melissa Fouts of Locust Grove, GA, Felicia Fouts of Decatur, IL, Taylor Comp of Decatur, IL, Sean Fouts of Macon, IL and Tyler Fouts of Macon, IL; and his stepsons, Eric Thulin (Michelle) of Albuquerque, NM, Craig Thulin of Phoenix, AZ and Brock Thulin of Jensen Beach, FL. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Memorials in Jerry's honor may be made to Cancer Care Specialists of Central Illinois and will be accepted by McCracken-Dean Funeral Home who is assisting the family.
