She is survived by: her children, Barry Rivers, Alvin Brooks (Yvonne), Bruce Brooks, Cynthia Brooks and Tracy; her brothers, Michael and Andrew Ells; her stepson Jerry Brooks; her son-in-law Wilbur Newell; and her sisters, Margie Huddleston, Vera Brawley, Corlis Brown, R. L. and Diane Keller.
