He is survived by: his siblings, Robert "Bob" Dugan, Danny Dugan, Sr. and Judy Dugan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (3715 Wabash Ave, Granite City, IL 62040).
