He is survived by: his mother Elaine; his children, Wynonna Greene of Ogden, UT, Harry Davis-Kohn (Brittany Steinfeld) of Hillsboro, MO, Dakotah Davis-Kohn of Hillsboro, MO and David Davis-Kohn of Hillsboro, MO; his grandchildren, Reielyn Greene, Deklin Greene, Timmy Davis-Kohn and Ezekiel Davis-Kohn; his siblings, James Baine of Madison, IL and Joyce Gutches (Steven) of Bismark, MO; and his uncle Randy Kohn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
