He is survived by: his children, Christina Eyman and Terry Carroll; his children-in-law, Thomas Eyman and Angela Carroll; his grandchildren, Cassidy Eyman, Adam Eyman, Cooper Eyman and Alexis Carroll; his sisters, Victoria Carroll, Debbie Mundell and Mother Vivian Stelzer; and his nieces, Nicole, Brittany and Jessica. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
