He is survived by: his children, Tim Holmstrom (Kayla Urnikis) of Lostant, Anthony Hughes of Magnolia, Miles Holmstrom (Shandel) of Spring Valley, Larry Bailey (Lori Manny) of Rockford, Amanda Holmstrom (Brent Flori) of Streator and Angela Anderson (Noah) of Chatsworth California; and his siblings, Michael Holmstrom of Magnolia, Patrick Holmstrom (Karla) of Magnolia and Peggy Smith of Magnolia. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; three great granddaughters and one great grandson.
