She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Crawford and Gloria Crawford (Packer); and her siblings, Michael'Kim'Crawford, Stephen, Jeffrey Crawford and Debbie Zink.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Prouty of Mahomet; her siblings, David Crawford (Sally) of Salem, OR, James Crawford of Champaign and Jo Ann Weedon (Alfred) of Chebanse; and her niece Kelly.
Kathy's family would like to thank the nurses, healthcare technicians and doctors at Carle Foundation Hospital, as well as her niece, Kelly, for their support during this difficult time.
