He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Chalk and Betty Chalk. He is survived by: his wife Deb; his sons, Eric Chalk and William Chalk; his pet Tucker Joe; and his sisters, Mary Stout, Patsy McCormick and Jane Slagle.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center Mahomet Chapel (1102 Churchill Rd, Mahomet, IL 61853). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
