He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Scott and Mary Frances Scott (Painter); his brothers, Stephen and James "Jim" Scott; and his nephew Michael Wright.
He is survived by: his wife Kim (Siebert); his daughters, Jaime (Jaron Holbrook) and Carlee; his siblings, Ruth Wright (James) of Madison, AL and Larry Scott (Ronda) of Thomasboro; and his sister-in-law Carol Scott of Gifford. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
