He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Williams and Pearl M. Williams (Ingram); his daughter Darla Williams; and his siblings, Cecil Junior Williams, Lonnie Williams and Lucille Steele.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Williams of Palmyra, IL; his children, Tina Bender (Eric) of Springfield, IL, Kevin Williams (Abbey) of Palmyra, IL, Angela Hamell (Kevin) of Taylorville, IL and Amanda Turner (Michael) of Springfield, IL; and his brother Larry Williams (Susan) of Rochester, IL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews.
