He was predeceased by : his wife Virginia DiSalvo (Pudlow); his parents, Angelo DiSalvo and Margaret DiSalvo; his brothers, Nick and Dominic DiSalvo (Wanda); and his nephew Jerry DiSalvo.
He is survived by : his child Jackie Munoz (Juan); his siblings, John DiSalvo (Herta) and Mary Lepacik (John); his grandchildren, Nico, Gianna (MacKay Doran), Mike (Kristin) and Bo Munoz (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Riley, Trae, Izabella, Vayda, Adaline and Finley; and his godchildren, Dennis Lepacik and Kaylyn Mausehaund. He is also survived by his family, cousins and all nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Carlson Holmquist Sayles Funeral Home & Crematory (2320 Black Rd, Joliet, IL 60435). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
