He was predeceased by: his parents, James Chaffin and Gloria Chaffin. He is survived by: his wife Christine Chaffin; his children, Zac (Tricia) and Dylan Chaffin (Danielle Deering); and his siblings, Rick Chaffin (Judy), Bobby Chaffin (Mandy), Kenny Chaffin and Laura Kozlowski (Mike).
