He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent David Wozniak. He is survived by: his parents, Dylan Ledvina and Ava Ledvina; his brother Wes Ledvina; his grandparents, Edgar, Laura Tums, Dean and Kathy Ledvina; his great-grandparents, Nonnie Batkus (Jim) and Bernadette Wozniak; his aunts and uncles, Emma Tums, Cassie Kennedy (Tim), Melissa Schneider (Mark), Dakota Ledvina (Lauren), Alanna Ledvina and Olivia Ledvina; and his cousins, Emma, Avery, Addy, Arthur and Georgia.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Jude Catholic Church (241 W 2nd Ave, New Lenox, IL 60451). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
