He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Caiazzo and Florence Caiazzo; his wife Karen Caiazzo; his children, Jason Caiazzo (Michelle), Lauren Rapacki (Brian), Toni Caiazzo, Ava Caiazzo, Gianna Caiazzo, Gia Rapacki and Vinny Rapacki; his sisters, Carole Melnick and Joann Caruso; his brother-in-law Tom Karac (Barb); and his granddaughter Gia.
In honor of his generous spirit and deep love for his family, the family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Cal's Angels, an organization dedicated to raising awareness and funding research to help children fighting cancer.
