With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gary Lee Watkins of Manito, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Ervie and Edith Mae Watkins (Skaggs); and his siblings, Charles Robert, Roy Raymond, Virgil Wayne, Delbert Darrel, Harold Richard, Wilbert Dean, Orville J. and Glenna Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Louise Bays; and his children, Glenna Roripaugh (Stephen) of Manito, Edith Wistehuff (Kurt) of Brimfield and Kenneth Watkins of Hurley, Wisconsin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
