He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lowman and Kathryn Lowman (Ryan); and his siblings, Jack Lowman and Colette Shane. He is survived by: his wife Judith Kay Schwartz; his children, Teri Hoeft (Tarry) of Green Valley, Gayle Koch (Kappy) of Tremont, Tom Lowman (Debbie) of Pekin and Tim Lowman (Sandy) of Denver, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kyle Hoeft (Taylor), Ryan Koch, Sean Koch, Brody Koch, Allison Lowman, Emily Lowman, Abigail Mirabelli (Katie), Lydia Lowman and Rachel Lowman; and his great grandchildren, Jaci Hoeft and Kane Hoeft.

Memorial contributions may be made to Forman Ambulance, 205 North Broadway, Manito, IL 61546.
