It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tyler Lee Spracklen-Byars of Manito, Illinois, who passed away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 35, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepgrandmother Debora Scheerer. He is survived by: his parents, Jeremy Spracklen of Manito and Amy Spracklen (Byars); his stepfather Brad Scheerer of Pekin; his child Aiden Byars; his brothers, Zachary Swords of Monomonee Falls and Dylan Swords of Pekin; his stepsiblings, Ethan Scheerer and Kayleigh Scheerer of Logan Sport, Indiana; and his grandparents, Rich, Linda Byars of Pekin, Lynn Spracklen of Manito, Larry and Marge Anderson of Pekin.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Marine Corps.
