He is survived by: his children, Beverly Milligan, David Milligan (Ruby) and Daniel Milligan (Angela); his grandchildren, Michelle Roach (Tyler), Joshua Milligan, Sheena Milligan and Jacob Milligan; and his great grandchildren, Evee, Charlotte, Tyler, Michael, Sarah and Lindsey.
