He is survived by: his wife Patricia Toms; his daughters, Traci Rock and Devon Smith of Manteno; his siblings, Carol Criswell (Bob) of Lowell, Patricia Zawitaj (Rob), Sandra South of Demotte, Indiana and Gary Philips of Wheatfield, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph, Ashley, Brandon, Vivienne, Danielle, Carter, Cadence and Duane.
