She was predeceased by: her parents, Lanis James and Daisy Mae Crockett; her brothers, James and Edward Crockett; her son-in-law Denby Baker (DJ); and her son Scott Mitchell Matlock.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Matlock (Buddy); her children, Guy Michael Matlock, Carla Mae Matlock-Baker and Lori Michelle Matlock-Coster (Jeff); her sister Sandra Snyder; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Dian Craft and Herb Tarnow. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
