It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ester J. Fox of Manteno, Illinois, who passed away on March 31, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Barrett and Reba Barrett (Gerding); her husband John Fox; her son Tim; and her siblings, Edna McDaniel, Kathy Hammond, James and Chuck Barrett.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff (Ivory Fox), Kim Fox of Washington, IN and Pat (Margie Fox); her grandchildren, Gretchen, Heather of Jake, P. J., Sean, Liz, Logan, Ian and Xavier; her great grandchildren, Haylee, Luke, Kyle, Gunnar, Emma and Anna; her sisters-in-law, Helen Benoit (Fox) of Kankakee and Marlene Fox of Grant Park; and her friend Barb Favors.
