He is survived by: his wife Debra Gullquist of Manteno; his daughters, Jill Gullquist of Bradley and Kaylee Lynch (Matt) of Manteno; his grandchildren, Sloan Lynch and Maeve Lynch; his brother Carl "Duke" Gullquist (Virginia) of Milford; his sister-in-law Sue Gullquist of Ashkum; and his pet Taze.
