He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louzensky and Marion Louzensky; his brother Steve Louzensky; and his parents-in-law, Edward and Phyllis Conlisk.

He is survived by: his wife Kiki Louzensky; his daughter Jamie Tutterow (Ken); his grandchildren, Edward and Juliette Tutterow; his daughter Lynley Louzensky; his grandchildren, Elkay Clinton, Lyni Clinton and Livy Louzensky-Aguilera; his sons, Bryan Louzensky (Shelley) and Kevin Louzensky (Jessica); his grandchildren, Dominic Louzensky, Eziekial Louzensky, Luke Louzensky, Zoe Louzensky, Layla Louzensky and Logan Louzensky; his sister Janis Spagnola; his siblings-in-law, Teri Mazur (Charlie), Jackie Manasek (Joe), Phyllis Sink (John), Laura Sink (Jeff) and Bill Conlisk (Michelle); and his close friend Pierce Coleman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or cause of one's choice.
