He is survived by: his children, Lana Slawkowski (Jerome), Brad Ring and Corrine Sikora (Michael); his grandchildren, Mora Rak (Brian), Jenna Risner (Tony), Rachel Slawkowski, Mitchell Haddad (Jessica Ramos), Paige Lacy (Scott), Jarrod Ring, Melanie Sikora and Hannah Sikora; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Eloise, Lyra, Nash, Hallie and Mason. He is also survived by great dad and loved being Papa to his grandchildren.
