It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James W. Jankus (Manteno, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jankus and Helen Jankus (Hultgen); and his brother Ed Jankus. He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Jankus of Manteno; and his daughters, Juliet Jankus of Signal Hill, CA, Jean (David Hobson), Mary (Jim Jamicich) and Beth Jankus (Charles Vaden). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, private family services will be held.

Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
