He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fultz and Mary Fultz (Birmingham); his wife Pamela Fultz; and his son Rodney Fultz. He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn (Michael Lochner) and Andrea (Rodney Sipka); his sisters, Brenda (Ronald Guth), Linda (Butch Carlson), Bonnie Fultz of New York City and Sherry Gail (James Lamontagne); his siblings-in-law, Mike and Luann Nash; his grandchildren, Michael Lochner (Haley) of Ashkum, Cody Lochner of Watseka and Shawn Sipka (Kelly Batzloff) of Cedar Spring, MI; and his great grandchildren, Cain and Rylinn.
