He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Collum and Barbara Collum. He is survived by: his son Jacob Shepard (Danielle); his granddaughters, McKenna Lynn, Arya Mae, Edyn Rae and Iyla Fae Shepard; and his siblings, Russell Shepard (Kim) and Jill Johnson (Joe).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manteno - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (291 N Main St, Manteno, IL 60950).
