It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta J. Hartsock of Manteno, Illinois, who passed away on May 29, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loretta J. Hartsock to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Herkert and Imelda Herkert (Carani); her husband Howard Hartsock; and her brother Lester Herkert (Butch). She is survived by: her children, Donald Hartsock (Lisa) of Bourbonnais, Deborah Riegle (James) of Manteno and Patricia Ryan (Kenneth) of Santo, TX; her sister Patricia DiFiore of Elburn, IL; her grandchildren, Jennifer West (Benjamin), Jamie Ryan, Jimmy Riegle, Joshua Riegle (Amanda), Breanna Jacobsen (Christian), Alexander Reils and William Reils; and her great grandchildren, Brianna, Teeghan, Tanner, Tessa, Annabeth, Landen and Bennett.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Manteno - Clancy-Gernon Funeral Homes, Inc. (291 N Main St, Manteno, IL 60950). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
