It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie McCorkle of Manteno, Illinois, born in Aroma Park, Illinois, who passed away on September 22, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Dean and Rena Dean (McGlasson); her husband James McCorkle; her son Richard McCorkle; her great grandchild Trevor James McCorkle; and her siblings, Kenneth Dean, LuLu Mae Sefcek, Adelene Loudy, Lucille Wheeler, Fern Felber and Betty Jean Dean.

She is survived by: her son Roy McCorkle (Jane) of Mt. Vernon; her grandchildren, Julie Hoffman (Jeff), Tim McCorkle (Penny), Sarah Mitchell (Mark), Ryan McCorkle (Kristine) and Laura Woolverton (Chris); her great grandchildren, Jessica Gibson, Brittani McCorkle, Zach McCorkle, Jillian Hoffman, Katherine Mitchell, Kaleb Woolverton, Gwendolyn Mitchell, Colin McCorkle, Maddie McCorkle and Gavin Woolverton; and her great great grandchildren, Nora and Brayden.
