He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence O'Keefe and Mae O'Keefe; and his siblings, Maureen O'Keefe, Patrick, Gerry and Phillip O'Keefe.

He is survived by : his wife Donna Hamende (Walden); his children, Bradley O'Keefe (Hope), Brian O'Keefe (Kayla), Matthew Hamende (Melissa), Michael Hamende (Jenna), Marc Hamende (Jennifer), Taresa Hart and Tonia Morez (Louis); his brother-in-law Richard Walden; and his friends, Donna and Albert Howell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great- grandchildren.

If you would like to honor Moe, donations may be made to the Manteno Community Fire Protection District.
