Evans of Manteno; his children, Michael Evans (Liz Sonneveld) of Bradley, Lindsey Evans (Ray Holliday) of Bourbonnais and Jacob Evans (Tiffany Arbuckle) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Gabriel, Nathaniel, Raven Evans-Trudeau and Jack Holliday; and his siblings, Jean Nunamaker, Marilyn Minor, Jeriann Heidtman, Curt Evans, Sharon Warner, Niki Staples, Juani Mason, Kirby Evans and Lea Cotton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and good friends.
